Jimmy has over 5500 jumps and started skydiving in 2009 after completing his first tandem skydive for his 18th birthday over his hometown in Wollongong. Shortly after, he completed his AFF skydiving course at Skydive OZ and has never looked back.

Jimmy fell in love with every aspect that the sport has to offer and began working full time in the industry, packing parachutes, flying outside camera and completing his tandem instructor rating whilst overseas, living and breathing all things that skydiving had to offer in the US. It was there that Jimmy experienced the tunnel for the first time and immediately knew this was his calling. Upon returning home from his US trip, he was fortunate enough to be accepted as one of the Australian wind tunnel instructors at iFLY DOWNUNDER in Sydney and went full steam ahead into learning everything he could about indoor bodyflight. In 2017, he joined Team Focus (Australia’s Vertical Formation skydiving team) and went on to take 3rd place in VFS at the World Parachuting Championships on the Gold Coast and 2nd at the World Skydiving Championships in 2022. Jimmy loves a laugh and is unbelievably passionate about all things skydiving, from teaching, to instructing, to competing and sharing his love to jumpers new and old. Although he has done so well in skydiving, we always said he should have been an actor, he’s hilarious and has made some of the best skits around.
